We leave on Sunday, July 3 for our cruise. After all my busting on him last weekend, I'm seriously beginning to think DH may have or is on his way to pneumonia. Is there any way to buy insurance now, just in case this develops into something worse? Or do they all have pre-existing condition and 15-day wait periods?

Any help would be appreciated.

:( You may be able to find someone to cover you but at this point it is going to be expensive. I know that I have seen someone post about getting it at the last minute but do't remember who with. Good luck! Hope that DH gets better ASAP!

I have my Alaskan cruise thru Tim Larrison at The Cruising Co and he sent me info on CSA Vacation Ins (www.csavg40.com) and for the Silver Plan, it says you can purchase it any time up to the trip departure date. The GOLD plan talks about pre-existing medical conditions, but the silver does not, so not sure about that. (And the Gold plan had to be within 14 days of your initial deposit.)
