Too Late for Room Request?

I checked in online a month before my upcoming Kidani reservation and requested near lobby and lower floor. Today, I called in to request near Timon elevator. We check in on Saturday (1/2). Is my Timon request too late to make a difference?

Possibly but it will all depend on when they assign the rooms which may or may not have happened yet. You'll likely need to try and get that request filled when checking in.

I had heard about 1 week before

I reserved at studio at SSR on 11/16 for check-in on 11/18. I completed on-line check-in and requested the Grandstand section and our room was in that section. Don't know if it was the request or coincidence.
