Too excited...impatient

Posted this on the planning forum but no one is answering so even though it's not budget I thought I'd try here...

My magic bands have been in the 'being personalized check back for shipping details' status for 10 days. Is this normal? We're hoping to surprise the kids on Thanksgiving with the magic bands. We will be there the 3rd week of December. This is our first trip WITH magic bands so I'm not sure what to expect as far as shipping and receiving them.

We were there on September 9th and got our bands on August 14th.

Ours did that too. We finally got them on November 12 for a November 29 check in.

Same here..was a little worried and called Disney about the status and the cs assured me its typically 2 weeks before our arrival. Sure enough next day I recieved a shipping conformation and it came in 2 business days later.
