Too early to plan a September 04 trip ?

Hi everyone,

I have been lurking on these boards for a long time now and figured I should write in for some opinions and help. My boyfriend and I went to DW last July ( his first time since he was a kid, I almost had to twist his arm to go ) and had a great time. I got lots of great tips from these boards. Well, two weeks ago he proposed ! We are going to honeymoon at Disney, and make it the ultimate Disney trip. But, the wedding isn't untill September 4th 2004. How am I suppose to wait that long for another trip to DW and am I crazy to be planning out all of the details now ? I just want to know that I am not the only person who reads these boards almost daily when our trip is 16 months away.

Well, I am planning a November 2004 trip as we speak. I do have 3 to WDW inbetween but I already have my chart going for November. As I gather tips, I start to plan them. I have as much fun planning as going!!

Congratulations on your engagement, and welcome to the DIS! I don't think it's ever too early to plan a trip to WDW, especially if it's going to be as special as a honeymoon trip. Have fun, and happy planning!!

We have our March 04, Dec 04 and Oct 05 trips in the works right now. It's never too early to start planning!

No you get planning as said before for me thats half the fun, I've been planning our August 04 trip since August 02 and have just started planning for July 05, I just wish we could go back before.

Are you kidding? I've been planning this trip for two years - leaving in six days. I've been on these boards daily FOREVER!! It's never too early and the planning is so much fun...I think I'll actually miss it!

We honeymooned in Disney ten 1/2 years ago this November. Congratulations and have a ball!

Congrats! Book the Hoop Dee Do or Luau now. They can be booked two years out. You'll have boss seats for the show! Like quite a few others, I start planning my Disney vacation on the plane home from WDW!!!!!

we have an upcoming trip in august we planned 2 years ago,and two upcoming trips - september 2006 and november 2008 - already have deposits on them! just love knowing we have trips planned!

Gosh! I thought I was the only one who was this crazy.

I have just made up my mind to spend Thanksgiving 2004 in WDW. We went in 2002 and really had a ball.

That leaves me about 8 months before I book airfares to convince my husband to join the rest of the family!!!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one!!! I also start planning as soon as we get back!!! We have to skip this year though,( trying for baby number two) but I am planning for Aug. 2004 now, will probably book in the next couple of weeks!!! I am so excited!!!
