I think when people ask for opinions, why is as important as what... because just saying "It's bad" is not helpful since we all have different priorities. If you like americanized italian and the service is good and the food is served hot and fresh that might be "good" for one person but "bad" for someone who doesn't like americanized italian and no amount of good service or hot food will change that.
sometimes a restaurant is very hit and miss and fine sometimes, terrible others (many suffer from this at one point or another but some are worse than others) and you kind of take your chances... could be fine, could be not.
Tony's seems to have a lot of detailed reviews about why the food isn't great but when they are on, it seems like it's about olive garden quality... tasty but not authentic or particularly creative. Plenty of people enjoy it, but many do not. To me this is a risky one and I would not take the risk myself but if you love basic italian it might be worth it to you, especially if you are looking for a list minute TS at the MK.
