Tony's Rest. at MK/parade ???

Hi,

I thought I had read somewhere that someone had gotten PS at Tony's, at an outside table and had a good view of parade.

Did I really read that or am I hallucinating/losing it in my frenzy of planning?

Has anyone done this before or read about it???

Sorry corky805, I don't have an answer.....but you're not hallucinating either! I remember reading something like that on here when I was researching our last trip 2 years ago. Did you do a search? It would be neat if you could have a table for the parade.

I know they have outdoor tables that are on a porch. There is a sidewalk between the restaurant and the street where the parade comes by. We have 1:45pm PS and I am dying to know how the view is from these tables. We've never eaten there.

Well I am glad I am not hallucinating! The search function doesn't work so I guess I will have to keep digging, but I have wasted alot of time looking already......wish I had kept the info when I read it the first time, darn.

A trick I've learned. . . hit the subscribe to this thread button when you want to remember a post. Then you can always go back and look at your subscribed threads later on, even if there aren't new posts. Beats trying to get the search to work.

Couple years ago, we had reservations for Tony's for the 7 of us.The next available tables were outside on the porch,but we had to be at two tables back to back. We opted for them because we just wanted to eat. To our surprise, by the end of our meal,the nightime parade started and we were having our desserts while viewing the parade. It wasn't buggy, and with a breeze it was comfortable.I believe the tables just came up by chance, without PS. Hope you have luck in getting the porch.
