Tonys or Crystal palace in MK for dinner?

I would choose CP for the variety. The food at Tony's is ok, but not excellent.

Stupid answer but CP every time. Stupid answer because my DD wouldn't touch pasta or pizza so 'Italian' restaurants are out of the question.

We have been four times to CP now, twice for Breakfast and twice for dinner. Have to confess I prefer breakfast, fresh fruit, freshly made omelette, nice pastries and cooked breakfast, waffles are still great but were Mickey Waffles this trip and I do miss the Pooh ones. Character interaction wonderful but not intrusive and great views of the castle.

I love CP, it is my favorite for dinner. I like the choices, the atmosphere and the place itself. It is so "quaint", old world style. Not sure what actually what "theme" it is but to me it is quaint. lol
Food is good, service can be slow but it is a buffet so just the drink is slow.

As far as Tony's, I haven't been but I so wanted to go this trip and couldn't fit it in. But be sure next time I will.

We enjoy them both. If you want to be waited on and have a nice sit down meal then Tony's is the place. If you don't mind trips to the buffett and people around you making the trips past your table then CP. Also CP is best if you want to get in and out so you can get back to the park because you serve yourself and eat at your own pace.

Agree!! We love them both but they are two totally different experiences. We think Tony's in quaint in our terms. Smaller, quiet, nice fountain....CP is a little on the loud side and quite a bit more crowded but you do have Pooh!!

Depends on what you are looking for but you can't go wrong with either!! Enjoy!

CP will please more people because of the variety and all you can eat. The character experience is fun, too.

We did both in our trip in early Dec this year. I like Tony's but I love CP.

We have had dinner at Tonys three times and it was always great, the calamari is the best ever! CP is very noisy and chaotic and the food is overly salty....

We do CP every trip. We did both Tony's and CP last week. I would still do CP over Tony's. We had a great experience and the food was good at both places but still CP was better. I liked the wider variety of food and thought it was just an overall better experience.

The Chicken Parm was good but I ate the chicken and only a few bites of the pasta which was slightly overcooked. I was full without it but it would have been nice to have wanted to eat more.

The meals for DS and DD were adequate at Tony's but they are mini-foodies and the Hamburger Calzone and Pizza did not really cut it for them. They love the buffets so that they can choose what they like not what WDW thinks all children like.

Oh I'm going to buck the trend..past trip we ate both..totally different...both great places...CP is a bit loud and hectic....Tonys is nice..smaller and quiet...This upcoming trip we have both booked again...but if I could only pick one....Tonys.

I would choose Tony's! Love the food. The Crystal Palace is just ok food to us. But we love Pooh and Friends so it depends on what you are looking for. We always choose Crystal Palace for breakfast it is so good. But for Lunch or Dinner it would be Tony's!

I would choose CP over Tonys because I have tried Tonys twice and found it rather poor in both food quality and service.

I like both of them but if I was only choosing 1 it would be Crystal Palace. The restaurant is beautiful and it's my favorite buffet on WDW property!!!
