Tony's late lunch ?

Can I see the MK 3pm parade from Tony's? What time should I make AR for? 215? What % of tables are on the patio? Can we see over peoples heads who are standing on the street?

Adults can see pretty well from the porch. We came out from lunch at the time of the parade and it was body-to-body waiting to see the parade. It was difficult for our kids to see anything.
