Tonga Toast?

Could someone please tell me the different places to get Tonga Toast. Also, is it the same at the different places?

Kona Cafe (table service restaurant) - the tonga toast comes with strawberry sauce

Captain Cook's (counter service restaurant) just comes with maple syrup

Both of these places are in the Polynesian resort
