Tonga Toast at Counter Service?

Really wanting to try this. Is there a CS place that offers it? (Breakfast ADRs have already been made, and they don't include Kona, although we do have a lunch there one day.)

Yes, Captain Cook's at the Poly. Only difference is that CC's doesn't have the strawberry compote.

Captain Cooks is a great little place for breakfast. And tonga toast is definitely worth trying. I don't even like French toast but after years of hearing about this stuff, I broke down and ordered it at Kona. So happy that DD did the same so we didn't have to share.

Totally agree with other posts... get the strawberry compote, too.

For those that have had Tonga toast at both Kona and CC- are the servings the same size? I didn't know they had the compote on the side- that 100000% makes the tong toast so amazing... So it may be worth just doing CC versus Kona if the size is the same or comparable. Thanks!

I actually thought it was better at Captain Cooks than in Kona. It was warmer, had more bananas inside and was cheaper.

Yes the tonga toast is same size at both Kona and Captain cooks cheaper at CC, just buy the strawberry compote.
