I posted this on another thread but thought I should put it here too.
I ate at the Noodle Station on Monday night. The Shrimp Pad Thai was more than enough for my husband and I to split. It was served in a big stryofoam bowl so it was easy for us to eat at the same time. We actually ate the last half of the bowl on Main Street while watching the parade. It was easy to pass the big bowl back and forth. I loved the cilantro in it but wished it was a little more spicy. I completely missed the fixin's bar that was discussed in a review on another thread, but I hope they do have some sort of hot sauce. The noodles on the Pad Thai are your basic asian noodles--more of a brown noodle about the width of linguine. Overall, I thought the dish was quite tasty, especially for the price. It was $7.99, which does sound a little high for counterservice but not when you split between two people. We had the jasmine blackberry green tea and creme brulee as well. The tea was pricy for such a small serving, but very good. I liked the taste of the creme brulee, but it was a little too cold for my liking. I only wished that I had seen the board offering a kids' hot dog (discussed in review). I thought my kids would eat the creme brulee, but they did not.
We will definitely return to the Noodle Station. It's such a nice change from the usual counterservice fare. We also often cut through the Tomorrowland Terrace when going from Main Street to Tomorrowland to avoid the congestion further down.
