Just got back from watching the movie and have to say I loved all the little Disneyland Eater Eggs they gave us.
Fun to see Space Mountain, the rocket, and Small World (awesome use of it in the movie). Even noticed he said drink a coke (a Disneyland beverage of choice). My daughter loved that the Robot girl was named Athena (the goddess of wisdom, art, creativity, war) -- such a perfect name for the girl looking for the those people who can save the world.
My biggest disappointment was the cutting of the mother after the beginning of the movie. Hello - where did she go-- is she dead like every other Disney mother in a movie? It seems that director cut her scenes as they were weighting too much of the movie's time. Bummer, really love to see a great mother in a Disney movie.
