Tomorrowland Speedway & Dumbo license

I read on a blog that you get a license after riding Tomorrowland Speedway and Dumbo. Is this still the case? We have been to WDW many times but on adult trips and have never rode these before. This time we are taking nieces and nephews and wondering if these are still available, the kids would love that. And are there other similar things available for kids to get?

my kids have gotten the drivers license from the speedway before. Last time we were there was 2 years ago though. Not sure if they still give them out

My nephew got the license from the Speedway about 5 years ago. My dd who is 3 and ridden the speedway several times has not. I haven't seen anything like that with Dumbo. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, I just haven't seen it.

I was handed a license when I left the Speedway at Disneyland about 7 years ago. Our kids never got one at WDW when they were younger, but we never asked for one either.

I've received one from Tomorrowland Speedway, but it seems to be completely random. It was late in the evening when I was given one and not that crowded.

We received one in June from the speedway. First time we have ever received one though??

My son got one a couple of weeks ago. He rode three time but only got it once.

DS3 got a couple a few weeks ago for TS. First time, we asked the CM near the entrance. A few days later, a CM handed one to my son after he was behind the wheel.

We forgot to ask at Dumbo. We did get a bunch of transportation trading cards from bus drivers, monorail operators, ferry boat captains, etc.
