Tomorrowland In Park Quest question 7

I'm getting ready to go back in October so I started getting my sheets ready. Since I had done them 4-5 times before I didn't feel the need to run around looking for the answers again so I filled out the ones I knew and looked up the others here. One thing bothers me though, the quest guide lists:

Is this correct? because best I remember I always answered this as the merchant of venus.

Is correct have fun in October never been that time of year we always go in summer every 3rd year but that stopped this year
