Tomorrow we drive.....or.....

.....we sit in traffic. Yes, we're driving to So. Cal. tomorrow during the dreaded Carmageddon! We're only going as far as Glendale since the first part of our trip will be at Universal. We're expecting either horrendous traffic, or an epic fail along the lines of the much-anticipated Y2K! In either case, we're packing plenty of snacks, drinks, patience and our sense of humor. We will be in Disneyland next Thurs/Fri/Sat. Stay tuned for live reports!

Yes, so far all the hype has worked. The freeways seem very quiet (for LA anyway) and traffic is moving well. Of course, everyone else may decide the same thing and hit the freeways tomorrow. No promises!

My sister is in LA this weekend with a friend and they are driving all over for different things they are doing. She said they have not hit any traffic at all, Friday evening or all day today!!
