I just read a review on this restaurant and I'm wondering if anyone has been here recently? It sounds great!

I agree that it's an urban legend. I'd never found the place open. Same thing with El Pirata. I've never found that place open either.

Sometimes we've seen the Noodle Station open during FD for the overflow dining crowds, but at those times they've used it as a TS buffet.

We've never tried the TS, menu looks pretty basic, and never find it open for CS at other times of year.

We go in July and it's always open, but it has limited hours (like 5:00-8:00 pm or something random like that.) We're going to try to get to it this time

That made me laugh hysterically. That's exactly what it is. It's the Haley's Comet of counter service. It opens every third generation.

Really? That is so strange. I thought I just read a review about it being open now. We will be there the second week of May and I am hoping it is open. Anyone try it recently?

I tried it in 2007 and it was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh. Worst noodle soup I've ever had. If you really want good noodles, go over to Epcot and go to Japan, the CS place there has totally awesome noodle soup.

I've seen it open many times - I swear I saw it opened last month too, but I can't be certain because I wasn't making note of it. I don't remember thinking - oh that isn't open.

One night last August I was sick and stayed behind at the Poly while DS and DH went to MK. They ate at Noodle Station and brought back pictures of it for me. They said it was OK.
It had become kind of a standing joke with us. DH would always lament about it being closed. And it really is almost ALWAYS closed. We always have ADRs for TS dinners, so even if it WAS open DH wouldn't get to eat there. Well, at least he can say he DID manage it once!

I agree, seeing the noodle station open would require a photo for proof much like a sighting of Bigfoot (AKA Yeti) or the Loch Ness Monster

We ate their last May, the food was quite good.

I also have yet to see it open- and have heard that when it is, the food it produces is sub-par at best.

My sister just ate there and she enjoyed it! She didn't say what she had though.

I was at WDW 3/27 and it had a huge sign outside that it would be open at 5 pm that evening.

I never saw it open with my own eyes though.

But - I HAVE eaten at El Pirata. I had a taco salad. If I'd known it was gonna be so rare, I would have had it bronzed.

I wish you would have had it bronzed and placed outside of El Pirata, then we could have tossed our pennies into it to make a wish that we too would see that place open sometime!

It was open when I was there around the 4th of July a few years ago.. I thought the food was good. I really like the sitting area too, right near the castle in the shade. Hope it's open when you're there because that means it will be for me too
