Does anyone know if NY/NJ EZ Pass works in the toll plazas between the Orlando Airpot and WDW?

Florida uses SunPass. EZPass won't work.

According to my brother who works for a company that installs and maintains toll machines, Florida uses a different system then the NY/NJ EZ pass or the IL I-Pass so the systems are not compatable.

NC Quick Pass will work on Sunpass Tolls. Sunpass and EZ Pass will work on NC Tolls.

In Seattle they are testing using cell phones in lieu of transponders. When they perfect the system hopefully they will be able to standardize it for all of the toll agencies through out the country.

FYI, I was also recently notified that SUNPASS will replace my older transponders (the ones that 'talk') with new models for free . . this is part of a project which WILL make the Sunpass system work with other state's systems . . . but don't get over anxious, they expect an 18 month transition just for the transponders! {If you have an old transponder (uses battery) WAIT for SunPass to contact you by mail or e-mail. You will get a PIN to use to order a new transponder at no cost .. but it may be a while.}

Got my new one. I still prefer the one that "talks", but, what can you do?
