tolls and kennedy space center

We are traveling from disney to titisville, fl for the night and then traveling to kennedy space center. Will there be unmanned tolls booths on this journey?

it has been a few years - but when we went the tolls booth were manned.

We went to Cocoa Beach in July and all the booths were manned
