Toll Roads To Disney Or Not??

WE ARE ARRIVING IN FLORIDA FROM THE UK AND TRAVELLING FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ASMo. WE ARE THINKING OF TAKING THE TOLL ROAD 528? AND WE WONDERED HOW MUCH THIS COSTS IN TOLLS - ALSO IS THIS THE BEST AND QUICKEST ROUTE TO TAKE AS WE DO NOT WANT TO TRAVEL THROUGH I.DRIVE

IF ANYONE KNOWS A BETTER ROUTE CAN YOU TELL US AS AFTER A 9.5 HOUR PLANE RIDE WE JUST WANT TO GET TO THE HOTEL AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

The best way to go is to take the Toll road. I believe it is only 2 or 3 dollars tops! It is very fast and great roads and little traffic!

Exit the airport using the North exit. Stay in the RIGHT hand lane and go past the
Welcome to Orlando Sign. Take the second right marked 528 west. The road curves
around and merges with the 528 West (Bee Line Expressway). Once on the 528, you pass
through a Toll Booth (75 cents) and 3 miles later, a second Toll Booth (50 cents).
STAY in the LEFT hand lane so you can merge left onto Interstate 4 (I-4) West towards
Disney. Or Stay in the RIGHT hand lane so you can merge right onto Interstate 4 (I-4)
East towards Universal.
I-4 Exit 29 Hwy 482 Sand Lake Road
I-4 Exit 27 Hwy 535
I-4 Exit 26 Hwy 536
I-4 Exit 25 Hwy 192

Sorry but I find that route much longer than the South Exit route, which goes almost directly from the airport to WDW. I believe the toll is $2 if you get off at International Drive (which leads directly into Downtown Disney.)

take the south exit from the airport and then it takes you right onto 417 the new toll road that is pretty fast and way better than the beeline. and I think it is 2.00 ttl for tolls.

Just returned Friday night. We took the south exit & 417. Very easy drive, little traffic. Two $1 toll stops, we got off at exit 6, International Drive & Downtown Disney (we were staying at OKW). This exit does not require you to go on International Drive, you just go straight and it goes directly into WDW. 528 (Beeline) & I-4 has much more traffic. Have a great trip!
