How much should we expect the tollway to cost at each stop pulling our 2 axel T.T.

We are planning on taking 75 to the FL turnpike and either 429 OR the Reagan turnpike to I-4. Which is the better idea and the cheapest.

How many tolls will we have to pay from the I -75 exit to Disney?

Thanks!!

The FL turnpike website has a toll calclulator.

Choose your starting point, ending point, and number of axles.

My route is the start of the Turnpike to exit 267a onto Hwy 429 South onto the Western Bypass off at exit 8. Calculator says $6 for Sunpass users and $7 cash for 3 axles (car plus single axle trailer).

https://www.sunpass.com/tollCalculator

Or $9 and $10.50 if 4 axles.

I use the Sunpass even though I go only once a year. Nice not having to come to a complete stop at the toll booths.

Thanks Bama Ed!

Either way I do it I get the same amount so it won't matter which way we go.

In your opinion which is the easiest way into the fort? I found an old post back from last year and there are pros and cons either way.

Which entrance has the famous Welcome sign? That may factor into the choice too. :yay:

The Hwy 429 option is an easier drive/tow.

The main WDW sign is off Hwy 192 on World Drive. There is an overhead sign on the Western Way (the way I advocate) but it is A sign and not THE sign.

Actually, we tow, and have found it lots easier to go the 192 route toward MK and through the MK gates and veer to right for the campground. You turn left into the CG and the road angles, so it's easier all around for us with a tow not to have to make a sharp right into FW. Also, we find it's lots less turns and traffic that way - PLUS you see "THE SIGNS" :lmao:

Ed's way will actually be about 4 collection points for tolls, but the total is about right. We have 4 axles, so ours is slightly higher. Also Ed's way ...Western ends into Buena Vista and takes you to the main MK entrance as described above, then to the easy left turn into the Fort. If you come in on 535, you will have to make the hard right turn into the Fort.
