toll free number for ADRs?

There's some problem with my phone company long disatnce plan and I'm ending up paying too much for out of state calls! I saw this post on allears.net for toll-free ADR numbers
"There are currently two toll-free numbers available via the Walt Disney Travel Company. They are 877-939-3732 (this only works in the United States) and 800-828-0228. On both numbers, press 3 after the message starts. Once you press 3, you'll then be sent to the WDW-DINE cue and have to answer even more questions."
Unfortunately they don't work!
Does anyone know of another number or is the 407WDWDINE the only way to make ressies?

I use the 0228 one all the time - maybe the menu has changed. Try it and listen to the menu options instead of just hitting 3....
