tolietries in Moderate resorts?

8 more days until our family leaves for POR!!! We have never been to WDW. Was just wondering if moderates provide soaps etc. in the bathrooms? How about hair dryers? I have also heard that they will provide towels for the pool. Are they adequate size or should I plan on bringing my own from home?

They have Mickey shaped bath soap, shampoo and I believe lotion and they have hair dryers. We just use the resorts towels at the pools so we don't have to worry about hanging them somewhere to dry. (They are regular bath towel size) We do use our own beach towels for the water parks, they also have towel rentals at the water parks if you don't want the hassle or take up extra room in your luggage.

I don't remember having lotion last week. At POR, we got Mickey facial soap, Mickey bath soap, and shampoo. They have hairdryer and coffeemaker and fridge. The pool towels here are a tad larger than at most hotels. We took our own towels to the water parks though.

I suggest bringing your own hairdryer if you like a lot of air when you blow dry your hair.

Nope... no more lotion. Just bath and facial soap as well as shampoo. I wouldn't bring towels... they are bulky to pack, and plentiful at the resort! Have fun!

and if what Mousekeeping - housekeeping leaves in your room is not enough, you are welcome to ask for extras, they'll give it to you. i have long hair and use alot of shampoo. i asked the one in charge of our room, and they gave me handfulls of shampoo and soap--also, i asked for an extra pillow.

if you don't think that you'll run in to them (you can call them on the phone), just leave a note for them when you leave your room in the morning...

also check out these cute notes... i always print some of these out and leave one for the "Mousekeeper" each day before we leave with our tip.
