Tokyo DisneyLand/Sea Wedding Website

wow, that site is great, wish I could read Japanese, I like the section that's titled "guest gifts" I'd love to know how much some of those items are.

I haven't even had my Disney wedding and I am thinking of a vow renewel at Tokoyo Disney!

I went 5 yrs ago. Tokyo Disney Sea was AHHHMAZING, Tokyo Disneyland - not so much. They have some really cool packages for smaller weddings.

I've been to Tokyo Disneyland, and yeah...if you've been to the World then there's really something left to be desired. Except, it's always cool to hear Mickey speak a different language! I wish I would have gone to Disney Sea because it looks awesome!

I'm a little jealous and confused as to why Japan would have a better looking "Wedding Pavilion" than Disney World! It looks gorgeous! It may be because the Japanese are obsessed with everything Disney clear into adulthood. And while I realize we are all Disney crazy, I mean that it is totally in style for a high school girl to wear Disney gear to school.

All the same, I wonder why there is such a disparity.

You can change the site into English. On the bottom right there is something that says English Pages. Just thought this may help. :)

translation!!!!! awesome!!!! i was mesmerized by the strange videos and the odd caucasian man marrying the couple as well as the weird foods to choose from! i can't believe (well i can) that lurkyloo is there!! funny!

Unfortunately a lot of the pages do not have "English Pages" to view.

Go to translate.google.com and type in the webpage address.

It isn't perfect, but at least it gives you some idea of what each of the pages are about if you do not read Japanese.

Wow! Thank you for sharing. I was there before they had their wedding pavilion. I know their parade and show costumes are a lot more elaborate and they have a lot more money to spend on those things.

Hi!

I got an amazing tour of the Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings facilities in Tokyo a few weeks ago, including peeks at a couple of weddings, and I will try to upload the photos ASAP.

have you seen this???

http://www.disneyweddings.jp/index.html

go look through it! check out what appears to be the food pages! too crazy!! i must totally now lear japanese and i have to go figure out if there is a DLRP wedding site!!!
:wizard:

Unfortunately, as a previous poster noted, they don't do weddings at DLRP. This may have something to do with the fact that it's nearly impossible for foreigners to obtain marriage licenses in France, or maybe, culturally, there just isn't much interest.

I got a few shots of the wedding party and guest gifts they have on display - I think there were prices next to them. Interestingly, some of the gifts can only be purchased if you're having a wedding there.

I haven't even had my Disney wedding and I am thinking of a vow renewel at Tokoyo Disney!

I mentioned this to the folks who gave me the tour, and it seemed to be an entirely new concept to them! They said they've had a few couples hold a reception to celebrate an anniversary but no one does the whole shebang, with a ceremony and everything, the way we do here. I hope they were only half joking when they said it might be a lucrative business idea to consider! :cutie:

I'm a little jealous and confused as to why Japan would have a better looking "Wedding Pavilion" than Disney World!

Because everything is better when Disney does the design and someone else foots the bill! :rotfl: The Oriental Land Company appears to spare no expense with the parks, and I'd imagine the company the operates the three official resort hotels at Tokyo Disney is the same way.

Anyway, I'll post the pix and information soon! Now I just have to find someone to translate the pricing guide into English for me... :)

Just wanted to point out the Hong Kong version too. Super cheap, but not all that customisable.
