Tokyo Disneyland Ride Suggestions

I'm just curious but what are some good rides and shows at Tokyo Disney? I have never been before and I want to know what it's like.

My two favorite rides at Tokyo Disneyland had to be Winnie the Pooh and Monster's Inc. They're both just wonderful, and Winnie the Pooh is really quite amazing. If you've been on the versions that are at CA's Disneyland they don't even begin to compare to the ones in Tokyo. There's also a ton of great stuff over at DisneySea.

Pirates of the Caribbean (if you haven't seen the Anaheim version)
Monster's Inc (I've heard is good)
Roger Rabbit's CarToon Spin (again, if you haven't seen the Anaheim version)
Splash Mountain
