Tokyo Dining

We will be heading to WDW in 4 days cool1 and our first day in the parks happens to be my mom's birthday! We have reservations for the Tokyo Dining restaurant in Epcot for her birthday, and from briefly looking at the menu I'm pretty excited about it, but I was hoping to get some reviews from the experts on this board. Tell me all about it!

I ate at Tokyo Dining with DD and my parents a few months ago. It was our first time there and we would definitely go back. We all really enjoyed our meals. I didn't write down what I had but it was some type of chicken on skewers and veggies. All lightly fried

Ate there June 24 the last night of our trip and it was very good. Mostly standard fair for this type of resturaunt. Sushi, rolls, sushimi, tempura dishes, and teriaki type dishes. We love eating rolls so we had some edamami (soy beans) which were different in that everywhere else we go the come served warm but these were actually served cold. They were still good. We had salads with the ginger dressing and then shared about 4 rolls. Spicy tuna, a tempura roll (tempura fried shrimp in a roll), a Philidelphia roll (smoked salmon and cream cheese) and one I can't remember. I had the Japanese Beer and DW just had tea. We eat these sort of things at home and TD was everybit as good but better because we were looking out across the World Showcase Lake at Spaceship Earth.

DH and I went in May and loved it. I got a bento box type special which gave me a variety to try - including sushi, tempura veggies, and sashimi and some teriyaki steak.

We went a couple years ago and loved it! I don't remember specifically what kind, but I had sushi and it was really good! I would go back in a second!
