There is the outside deck, tends to get a bit crowded though. It's a step down from the restaurant level, so those sitting inside are looking over people's heads, not right at them. Inside tables by the window have a decent view, as do some tables in the interior but not many. There are a few trees in the way of your view, and for some portions of the show the large Japanese gate on the water blocks it a bit. But otherwise it's a nice perspective to see the fireworks from.
The couple of times we've been there during Illuminations they did NOT lower the lighting or pipe in the music though. If you weren't facing the window you'd never know it was going on.
