Does anyone know if Tokyo can be used with the disney dining plan? And, also is the food good?

Tokyo Dinning was on the 2008 DDP list and is anticipated to be on the 2009 list, but it pending confirmation. I spoke to a CM just today that advised this restaurant is on the 2009 list, however many of us are wait to " see it it writing". We have not eaten here (yet) but the restaurant has recieved many favorable reviews.
