Tokyo Dining? Can you see Illuminations?

We have a reservation here for 7:30 will we be able to see Illuminations from the inside by a window?

Any reviews on the food also helpful?

I can;t say firsthand but I do recall reading a review (i think it was in the reviews section) that said you could see them, but they were fuzzy as they didn't dim the lights or pipe in the music. I'd check up there or maybe that person would reply.
