Toddlers with FAT feet...socks?

DS 2 1/2 has thick feet. He wears an 8 extra wide shoe. However, socks are a problem.......I need really thin ones.

Anyone have any advice for what socks to use???

Children's place and GAPbaby have great socks for those babies with fat feet. I totally sympathize..DS has fat feet too and we've always gotten his socks at one of those two places. We've never had a problem with their socks,either. They come with little raised bits on the bottom (I think they say something like X month to Xmonths or whatever) to keep the kids from slipping.

We use Old Navy now, but he is growing out of the 4-5T size. The bigger sizes are so thick. Are CP and Gap thinner?

Kmart has thin socks. My special needs son has thick feet and it's hard to get socks on him. If your son can tolerate the ankle socks, I would try that since you have less to get over the foot.
