Toddlers and Shoe Throwing (tip included)

Tip: Write your cell phone # on the bottom of the inside of his/her's shoes!

My 20 month old is going through her shoe throwing phase.

I had the idea to write my cell phone number on the bottom of the inside of her shoe. Wouldn't you know...while shopping in Target I get a call from someone holding a size 5 croc ransom! Ok, she was just kidding but it turned out to be a great idea!!

Thanks for that tip! I'm going to go write my number on my daughter's shoes right now!!! I'm paranoid about her losing her shoes - they're just too darn expensive! Thanks again, I would have never thought of that.

Great tip!! DD2 actually lost her See Kai Run shoes at Epcot in January. Luckily, I had bought her a pair of "mocs" (Payless croc knock-offs) just for the pool and around the resort. Otherwise, she would have been shoe-less for the rest of the trip.

From the age of 9 months to age 3 my DS managed to lose a shoe each trip. Try finding something that will fit XXW feet! I wish I'd thought of that tip years ago! He lost one of his first pair at Epcot on 12/31/99. So, I saved his first baby 'shoe' and have a good story to tell about where we were when the other half disappeared.
