Toddler pillows

Where can I get toddler pillows with plain white pillowcases? I wanted to get pilllows for my girls with the great Disigns Shadowryter provided. But I cannot find where to get them- I have serached amazon, walmart, and target without luck. I found a couple of online stores but they are charging about 25 -30 bucks for pillow and pillowcase.

You can get plain toddler pillows at Hobby Lobby, sewing stores and most craft stores. If you sew...you can take a regular pillowcase and resize it to fit the toddler pillow. If you don't sew...you can get a stitch witchery (not sure how it is spelled) product or any no sew product and cut the pillowcase down, fold it over and iron or glue whatever no sew product you decide to use.
