So, I made it home in one piece.
Honestly, I couldn't tell you
one thing I said -- I was
terrified. But folks kept laughing, and I think that was a good sign.
It's a good experience facing your fears. I think that's half the reason the marathon appeals to me so much -- there is always that element that is COMPLETELY out of your control, you never really know how things will turn out. Tonight was like that.
Thanks for all the pixie dust! I got interviewed by the news folks and lots of folks hugged me and told me I did great, so I think all that positive energy worked. Honestly, there were so many great speakers, though. I hope I said enough about WISH to make them interested.
