Today might have been the worst day at disney I have ever experienced. I woke up to a flooded toliet and my Bella band (pregnancy band) completely soaked in urine/toliet water.

Then at HS I was just thrown up all over by a child while in the little mermaid. Best part, I'm a first time mom pregnant at the end of my first trimester. So if anyone was one of the ones staring at me like I was disgusting for throwing up on myself, it wasn't mine.

Such a great babymoon. I just told my husband (as we are traveling back from the park for a change of clothes for me).... I think I'm good on Disney for a while.

I realize this could happen anywhere, and I hope the next two days are better for us, but man, what an unlucky break! :-)

I am so, so sorry. There are days and then there are THOSE DAYS when you are pregnant. Just think of it as training for being a mom, when you will often deal with toilet troubles (hey look, mommy, I put a whole roll of toilet paper in the potty!) and will wear other people's throw up as if it were a normal thing. I just had #3, so yes, I'm right there in the trenches.

But in the meantime, take a shower, grab a little glass of wine (or cocoa, if you don't drink), and enjoy the last few days of being clean and sitting still ;). And congratulations!

I'm sorry, too. That sounds like a rough day!!

Hope your trip improves and that no one else throws up on you!!

pixiedust: Some pixie dust for you guys for tomorrow.

I think if someone vomited on me, I would have thrown up myself (especially when I was pregnant) So, you did better than me LOL.

My son got car sick on me once, but luckily it was on my legs and I was in shorts, we were able to pull over and wash it off in a creek. (we were traveling up the mountains in Gatlinburg, TN, so there were creeks everywhere)

Hope y'all have an AWESOME time, the rest of your trip!!!!:goodvibes

I've made it 6.5 years without being puked on by my own kid, so I'd be a little upset about someone else's kid puking on me. Ick!

Hope the rest of your trip is free of bodily-fluids and a little more enjoyable!

I'm a mom of 3 kids and the though of another child vomiting on me makes me cringe. It's pretty yucky no matter what - about 10 times yuckier when you have the super smelling abilities of a pregnant woman. I don't know you but here is a virtual hug since this situation most definitely calls for one. Hope things went better this evening.

....ok, were you the reason the POtC ride stopped while CMs in blue gloves cleaned the car in front of us ?:rotfl2:We stopped in front of Jack Sparrow in the pirate's treasure room, so all was well;)

Lucky you! I had a major spitter-upper and it looked for a while like my third would be too, but I think I dodged that bullet. But I was also a mother's helper in college, so I've cleaned up my share of vomit. I guess I'm immune ;)

Cinderella29, have a great trip! You survived today. You'll be a great mom.

We have a great family story of when DS threw up in my new van on my birthday in the parking lot of the pediatrician's office. He's grown now and loves to remind us of that and also the time he threw up on the new carpeting in our house.

Last evening DH and I were out at a local restaurant, and members of a family at a nearby table were reminiscing about when the son threw up at (not Disney). It's not so funny when it's not your kid.

Hey, don't worry, I actually threw up outside of the Emporium. In front of all the tourists. As a teen. I was MORTIFIED! I had been on a Disney kids tour, and a combo of carsickness and heat did not do me any favors.

I also threw up inside my mom's newly detailed car when I was pregnant. And, while pregnant, I threw up "by proxy" in a plane when a little kid threw up near me.

Hang in there, tomorrow will be better! And with flooded toilets - I would complain to the hotel and try to get some compensation. Rinse your Bella band with some soap and water and it should be OK. Besides - who really needs belly support when they are pregnant, right?!:rotfl::rotfl2:

Well, I've often told myself that a bad day in WDW is better than a good day at home, but I understand where you are coming from. There is always tomorrow. Someday, you will laugh about this. But I'm sorry to report, it could take some time for that to happen. :grouphug::love1: hugs and kisses.

So so sorry it was a tough day!!! Here is to hoping you get ALOT of pixie dust your way for the remainder of your trip!

On a side note: Great prep experience for those future trips with kids :) Stuff like that always happens..lol I remember a certain child of mine throwing up at Epcot....of course there were hand blowers in the bathrooms and NO PAPER TOWELS! The stroller's cup holders were full with throw up....it was simply delightful. Thank goodness for first aid....they helped her tummy, helped us clean things up and gave us some smiles..:)
