I met Beverly here and we quickly became close friends. Never did an occasion go by that I didn't get a silly card from her or a friendship card, a sympathy card, whatever I needed she was there.

I still look back and laugh about the time she sent me a check for $5.00 for the lottery, I still have that check too, it has Beauty and the Beast on it.

I love you Beverly and miss you so much, I miss your sarcasm, your jokes, the way you could make me roll with laughter. You will never be forgotten!!

Hi everyone - I lurk out here but have never posted - so bear with me.

Beverly was born in 1965 and this would have been 39 today.

I miss her dearly it's been like living a nightmare.

Aryn seems to be doing o.k. she of course misses her mother but she has a WONDERFUL
grandmother.

Please keep them both in your prayers, Beverly's idiot of a husband has been making things very difficult but Josie is keeping strong. Leoita (Josies) been trying to get in touch with you - I
know of no plans for them to go to Disney - again Dan got the life insurance policy and refuses to pay the burial. I'll quit talking about him since I have nothing nice to say.

Dan I've saved your post you have a way with words.

Hi Onedizzy,

I'm so glad to hear from Aryn and that she seems to be doing okay.

There is nothing I would like more than to face that ex of hers and beat the living daylights out of him with a bat. I think the only good thing that man ever did in his life was to make Aryn!!

I sure hope things work out and I wish I lived closer so I could see Aryn.

It's the dizzy onw again - I love that name because Beverly actually gave it to me!!She set up my e-mail etc. I was just lucky enough to find her!! and since lived close I got to see her alot!!

Beauty I believe I met you once in Disney - at a night parade - your husband son we're there (if I'm wrong sorry..although I think it was you - you have dark hear a cute accent and a wonderful smile)

Unfortunately her mother couldn't keep her dog - her mom has a dog and those of you who meet Bev's dog know how BIG she was but the last time Josie and I talked about her she was fine. It seems when we talk it's about what that jerk did this time!! We actually had the nerve to try to take custody of Aryn but he failed the drug test imagine that!! I would like to strangle him but he keeps hanging himself.

Aryn actually told him on the phone he's a liar liar pnts on fire!! boy she reminds me of Bev - talking to Josie has been a real comfort.

I've been able to reach Josie the last couple of days but when I do I'll tell her to read this post - I know she'll enjoy reading it.

Anyone who is divorced and still has a life insurance policy shared with thier ex, PLEASE see an attorney although you have to maintain the insurance (usually) You can specifically disinherit your EX by leaving it to your children. And I certainly would have someone else be the trustee of any policy you hold.

I am newly seperated before I even filed for divorce. I went and got my own will. Listed in writing that my specific intent was to bypass him intestate, and gift directly to my children. Even if my ex were to get custody, he would not get a flat nickel. Both of my brothers are executors for the children, any requests will go through them.

This boils my blood, ANYTHING she left should have gone to her little one. I am afraid this does not look like he is a man of any character.
