Today was THE day!!!

FINALLY!!! 5 months and -46 lbs later, SOMEONE, actually several people, FINALLY mentioned/asked about my weight loss! WooHoo!!! I felt SOOOOO GOOD today!!! When people/family politely asked how much have you lost?!/what program are you doing?/you look GREAT!! I first said Thank You!!! It just felt THAT good to finally be noticed!

Granted, I'm not yet where I want to be, but heck, I was finally noticed as being at a weight that I USED to be at!

Only downside was that I had already had an over-point week, and today's 2 parties and tomorrow's Father's Day (at my parents) will , no doubt, totally BLOW this past week. After 5 months tho, I KNOW to get right back OP!!!!

Great job Kim! You must feel so good to have people notice your hard work. I'm trying to learn to just say "thank you" when someone comments on my loss. I can be very self-conscious about people complimenting me but it does encourage you to keep going when they do!

46 pounds is a TREMENDOUS accomplishment, you're doing a great thing for yourself!
