Math teacher here, it came to me rather quickly, I was surprised. Now you got it on the next row, too! So why “tricky?”

Don’t know. Just working with the letter arrangement and what’s left. Not too many words end in X. I’m not a math geek, better with words (which is why I don’t do Nerdle), though I did think of it in a science context, as in DNA. Yes I realize they’re related.
