today at Disneyland is GLORIOUS (updated Sat Feb 21)

It is soooooooooo nice to go from rainy stormy dreary rainy weather in northern CA to this. We got here at park opening (9am) and it's been t-shirt weather! Crowds not bad, and the weather is beautiful. Did I mention the weather?! It's ab-so-lute-ly perfect. Guess I was expecting it to be a lot colder cause we were just here last month and it was freezing in the mornings and from dusk on.

Anyhoo, just had to share. We went on Big Thunder (under a 10 minute wait, no FP) right before coming back here to HoJo for lunch and a nap and the sun was shining with the perfect temperature air blowin through the hair... ahhhhhhhhh. Glorious. Perfect.

Ok, we're taking a family snooze now to rest up for a night at DL that will last till midnight!

Are Pirates of the Carribbean and Peter Pan operating today? I've heard rumors about them closing for refurb, but the Disneyland site doesn't mention it.

What's the scoop? I'm driving down tomorrow!

Today was a beautiful day at home so I'm assuming it was even MORE beautiful at DLR!!

Pretty days make me miss Disneyland terribly. Actually everyday I miss Disneyland terribly.

Both attractions are open today. I'm here at the park today too We're taking a break at our hotel, but heading back in a bit. I have to agree- the weather is beautiful today!!! Tomorrow we head back home to the rain.

No problem. I think you've picked a pretty good time to go. I am really crazy about crowd levels and have been early in February before but we are trying late Feb/early March next year so I'd love a trip report about how the weather was amazing and there were no crowds!
