How are these on broiling? I have no oven in my kitchenette. So I use my current toaster oven all the time for broiling meats. It is pretty yukked up from baked on spatters now, that won't come off. I'd love to get a new toaster oven with the convection feature too.
My cousin's catering company uses several regular convection ovens in a portable size - but still larger than toaster oven size, all the time at events. The hors d'eovers come out really crispy & heat up fast.
