Toasted Ham & Cheese at Chefs de France

I was just wondering if anyone happens to know what kind of cheese they use in the Toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwich at Chefs? I am looking at getting it when we go but being pregnant there are alot of cheeses I can't have.
