toad hall?

Hi has anyone who has been recently noticed if toad hall was open?
I havent seen it open on anyvisit yet. Going to be there halloween week, considering the parks will be busy im hoping it will be open, dont want to do sit down on our last day when we have to leave park around 5ish

In june it was open.
but it is only open on certain days and it closes early like 4pm mostly.
