To What Can I Covert A Child's Table Credit?

My wife, daughter, and I will be there for a week during free dining. Since my daughter's dinner is provided by Lilo's Playhouse during our date night at 'Ohana we'll have an extra child table service credit. I expect I could use it for any counter service meal or convert it to three snack credits, but having never done the dining plan don't know for sure and don't have any better ideas.
