People lie. Oh I'm not allowed to have it. I can go to the stroller office and they will hold it. Great going right there and walk on by. Next cm, rinse and repeat. Etc. I saw a guy with a folding wagon have it folded through security, unfd it after and was immediately told he couldn't use it (I was waiting for dh who was in the bathroom). He walked ten feet unfolded it again and again was stopped. Folded it up. Walked ten feet looked around, unfolded again. This time security escorted him from the park. They are a safety hazard (tripping). So having a disability doesn't mean you get to use something not safe in the parks (eg segways are not permitted as they are unsafe even if some people with disables prefer them).

I'm not arguing. People have pointed out that wagons are not permitted. Call a cm in customer service , who has no authority to over rule a safety rule is not really a good solution.
