To Universal from TTC by LYNX

Does anyone know the time it would take to get to Unversal from TTC using the LYNX aw: bus? I know there is one transfer. Has anyone done this and was it better than paying for a taxi? Thanks in advance.

Well it took us apprx 15- 20 min to get from the TTC to Sea World and universal isn't that far! If you are going to take LYNX just ask the bus driver when you board they are pretty good and make sure if you need a transfer to get one when you get on!

In order to get to Universal from Disney via Lynx, you must do the following:

1.) Take bus to Magic Kingdom
2.) Take monorail to TTC
3.) Take Link 50 to SeaWorld
4.) Transfer to Link 43, which goes to Universal.

Does anyone have any info on the Mears bus that goes there?

We had a bad experience with the Mears shuttle in 2000. Not the airport-resort shuttle, but the resort-US shuttle. It was a whole big complicated drama. I believe the cost is now $14/pp each way. Not sure if we'll give Mears another try or if we'll use Lynx.
