To those who have mailed a pkg to themselves...

I am planning on sending myself a box of non-perishables while at Pop. I know what to put on the box as far as resort address and attention to my name, arrival date and confirmation number, but do I address the box myself or do they do it when I take it for shipping? Probably using FedEx. Thanks.

I went to one of the ups stores (mailbox etc...) and mailed ups, so they boxed it. I just packed 2 small bags of stuff with zipper's and handles, and walked in and they boxed it, and mailed it. I had the address. I mailed to the Polynesian. When we got there they said it was there but the box was beat up, I said just rip it open there are 2 packed bags in it and just give me the bags. No problems, it was way easier to carry that way (than the box).

Worked well, but we usually rent a car, and stopping at the super target or walmart is usually cheaper there than here anyway. So I haven't done it again.
