I'd bring the stroller...worst case scenario they won't use it and it'll sit in your room. It's better having an unused stroller sitting in your room than having to wait in line for the disney stroller every morning or having to cary a child back to your hotel. Besides in August you are going to have to battle dehydration and heat stroke anyways...pushing it by making them stay on their feet the entire day would make it worse. There will be plenty of times to get them out and make them exercise a bit too...the water park in California Adventure is a great place for that
