It seems that weekends are just awful here as far as eating poorly. My SO uses the weekends as cheat days for him. So far, I have been pretty good. I have just cheated once, as it was a planned cheat day.
I limit lc snacks like lc icecream (1/2 serving about twice a week), jello with whip cream(also about twice a week.....often everyday without whip cream) and an occasional lc candy bar (I make 1 last a few days at TOM)....you know that TOM is just awful.....especially with chocolate cravings.
Anyway, here is my dilema. I am craving a 1/2 a piece of lc cheesecake....and got to thinking about allowing myself a lc "treat" aside from the ones mentioned above. What do you think about this. Please be honest. In my mind it seems OK.....but of course it is nice to get opinions of others.
This week I have logged 10 miles in walking as well...but I just don't want to say hey, I walked 10 miles this week so I can add_______________fill in nice yummy food item here.
