To I-4 or not to I-4 that is the question

Arriving sunday 1:40pm. My AAA agent gave me a trip tix to get to Quality Suites Maingate East using I-4 & no toll roads. Is this the best way or is there construction I should avoid?
Also is there any tips to get to AKL easily monday morning and avoid any commuter issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I4 shouldn't be too bad on a Sunday afternoon. If it were during a commute hour I would suggest 417; toll road but well worth it.
