To good to be true at windsor hills

I was just offered a 6 bedroom home at winsor hills for around 1400 for 8 nights and thats with taxes and pool heat anyway i was wondering if this sounded to good to be true or has anyone stayed at this home before it is called mickeys palace and i found it at winsorhiilsrent.com thanks in advance to all that reply

For what time of year? Is it a last minute deal? I would say it is an excellent deal. Maybe they haven't had the bookings and getting some money is better than no money for a property.

I haven't heard about this particular property.

That's a low time of year and a great deal. We paid $1500 total a week for that time of year. I don't think it's "too good to be true" just a good deal.

I would say the price is right on then for early November. The place looks decent.

we are paying $1500 a week for our 6 bedroom in December, so not an "unheard of" price, again just a great deal!

We got our Windsor Hills condo for $1350 for 2 weeks....sounds good to me!

I got a great deal on a townhouse through the windsorhillsrent inquiry too. While the website listed at $150 per day over Christmas, the owner offered me $99.99 per night, and reduced the pool heat to $10 per night. In emails, he indicated that the current economy was a factor, and I think he was glad to firm up the week, rather than let the townhouse sit empty.

I just booked a 3 BR Townhome at WH today - $783.09 inclusive -- $111.87 a night inclusive.

Could not be happier.

Just back from Windsor Hills (townhouse) and could not have been happier with the location. From driveway to the Contemporary -- 12 minutes. We really liked having the security gate too. Have fun!
