Contract 10/29... Finally Closed 1/19. Still waiting. I could BUILD a place to stay faster! Im starting to regret buying two additional contracts as any of the dates im looking at for the next 11 months are mostly gone already. Had i just booked a room with cash, i would have been covered. Now, i had to borrow points from one contract to book a stay, when ill have hundreds of banked points sitting on two other contracts ive purchased that im still waiting to have access to.
The title company was nothing but problems (not the least bit magical) and now the mouse has made this even more frustrating.
Calling is useless as ive been given WRONG information from 2 different calls. Not only are they slow in processing, but the staff doesnt have a clue. Both calls resulted in different answers that were both wrong, conflicting and not at all helpful... But please take our survey and tell us how wonderful we are.
