Can you walk me through the meet and greet? I've searched the threads and looked at videos online, but i can't find this specific answer. Which one do you meet first? My daughter wants to wear her costumes to meet the princesses (and I don't really want to debate the advisability of wearing costumes please) and change in between the meets. Could you tell me the set up, who do you meet and quickly it goes? Thank you!!!

They are both in one room. They bring in a group and then you wait inside as they meet each group of people behind a rope. We met Elsa first and then you walk on the other side of the room to meet Anna. That was how it was for us.

Changing between them would not be possible or you might be upsetting people having to wait because they keep you going in order and it is literally a few seconds walking from one to the other a minute at the most if someone is finishing with Anna. You could certainly wear a costume but the change would be hard.

Same. They're both in the same room. We met Elsa first, then went on the other side of the room to Anna.

We met Anna First. We didn't wait long in between, a minute or two. We met them at 9PM and there was no one behind us but they still rushed us through it.

We met Anna first, then Elsa. They were both in the same room. I would think the only way you could get a costume change in would be to have one on under the other and peel it off super quickly. There is not much time.

Our visits have not been in a consistent order. We've met Anna first and we've met Elsa first. Since their backdrop has nothing to do with them it doesn't matter where they stand. It goes fairly quickly once you are taken back as there are only a 3-5 families in the room at a time depending on the size of their groups.

You can ask the CM at the end of the line inside which she will meet first and put her costume on in the line. But switching inside - you'll have to move very fast. Each time we have had the second princess walk over to the first's greet area and walk the guest back to their half. They CMs keep you moving very quickly as they should given the wait times. I would pick one dress that she would wear in both photos in case a change is not possible.

as a PP said, unless you have the costumes layered so that "changing" is just taking one off and leaving the one underneath on, you won't have time to change in between the princesses. It's a very quick transition between the two.

FWIW, we met Elsa first, then Anna.

I've read three or four times how they rush you through Anna and Elsa. I'm going to be prepared. If they try to rush us, I'll tell my daughter something like, "Tell Elsa what Santa brought your for Christmas. (A talking Elsa Doll). I'm not going to hog the time with them, but there WILL be some interaction, by Gosh!

I hear you! I'm hoping at 7 am there won't be toooooooooooooo many people and we can have more interactions. My daughter wants to show the girls her Frozen bracelet and ask Elsa where her crown is. She wants to give Anna a piece of chocolate. It will be magical to meet them no matter what, but she would just love to talk to them a bit. Nothing too bad. I think I will manage her expectations about the costumes and see what happens once we get in there. Good to know not to dress her until we get in. Thanks for all the great info!

We were just there in the middle of the day. My 3 year old was shy and both princesses were very good with her. She probably only had a minute or two with each buy we certainly didn't feel rushed at all. They talked to her, gave hugs and it was very nice.

When we went, you met Elsa first and then Anna. You have a couple of minutes with each; they interact with your child and you can get pictures with your camera and Photopass pictures. They will also let the adults jump in for a quick picture with the whole family too. We personally preferred Anna over Elsa; she was a lot warmer and funnier. There is nowhere to change in between meets and not enough time, so unless you can layer the costumes and peel one off in a couple of seconds, you are out of luck. I would just try to book two different FP for A&E (if you can) if you really wanted her to wear both costumes at some point.

We had a similar experience. Anna was much warmer and interacted better with my girls. They still liked Elsa though. My girls remarked that Anna was lively and happy like she is in the movie and Anna was a bit quieter and more reserved. I'll chime in like everyone else has said that there's really no place or time to switch dresses. You're not short on interaction time, it's the fact that they're both in the same room with no place to change and you're ushered immediately from one to the next. I think mylittlebuttercup's suggestion of booking two fast passes (if you can score them) is really your only viable option to wear both dresses. My daughter had both dresses, but since we went in June when it was very hot, she opted to wear the Elsa dress since Anna's long sleeved dress with cape would have been miserable in the heat.

We went last August it was the best meet and greet of our trip. My daughter met Anna first and tried to teach her how to dance. She had done a dance routine to do you want to build a snow man the month before.

The she met Elsa and she shyly asked for her autograph. Then this picture was taken.image.jpg [/

We've met Elsa first and we've met Anna first. So it does change (not sure if there is any rhyme or reason to it) I agree with the poster that suggested trying to get 2 different FP times if you want to have her photographed in 2 different outfits.

FWIW we met Anna first then Elsa and we had great interactions with both. Based on what I had read here, I wasn't expecting much with Elsa but she was absolutely fabulous with my girls. One of my toddlers says she has ice powers and likes to stick out her arm and making a shooting noise and say "I freeze you!" Elsa thought it was hilarious and we have photos of all of them (Elsa too) shooting their ice powers, lol. Both A&E spent quite a bit of time talking to my girls and we didn't feel rushed. We saw them last Friday around lunchtime with FP's.

We met Elsa first, spent a few minutes with her and then walked about 5 ft and met Anna. They were both fun to interact with but Anna was much more verbal in her interactions. Although my niece, who is very shy around characters opened up to Elsa way more!

Last August, we met Anna first and then Elsa - no FP, by some miracle the standby line said 60 minutes and my almost 3 year old kept it together the whole time waiting to see them! While they "rush" you between A&E, we didn't feel rushed during the actual interaction - our daughter got to talk to both of them, got hugs, and we got pictures of just her and also with the whole family. There was a little boy in line ahead of us (5 yo?) who was IN LOVE with Elsa. All he could do was stare and smile and he was totally tongue tied (we'd just spent the hour with them in line, so we knew he had words, LOL, but when he got to her, it was sooo cute.) In my one experience, even though there were lots of people in line, the adults generally got a kick out of seeing all the kids and their reaction to ACTUALLY SEEING A&E.

That said, I agree, no time to change unless you can perfect a "pull off the outer layer to show second costume underneath."

Can you look online for one of those dresses that is a character Tshirt with fabric attached with both characters on it? Like the shirt that says " Sisters" with the heart around Anna and Elsa and then some sort of Frozen tutu and a big bow made from Frozen quilting fabric/

I probably could have her wear a t-shirt and tutu, but she has her heart set on wearing her costumes. Based on what everyone is saying, I'll have her pick one. IF she just HAS to wear the other one, we will attempt to see them again. Thankfully there are TWO 7 am EMHs the days we are there. The things we do for our kids! Love!

We met Anna first then Elsa. Our fastpass was for 2:30 at the end of January. My daughter is 2 and obsessed with Frozen and really all Disney characters. We have great pictures from this meet and greet. Anna sat down in the floor with my daughter, talked with her, played with her, took tons of pictures. Elsa came over and got my daughter away from Anna and Anna wasn't ready for her to leave. Then the fun began with Elsa. Again tons of interaction. They talked about Olaf, discussed favorite colors. Tons of hugs. It was awesome. Elsa and the photographer both commented about how much fun they had and that our daughter was at a great age. We truly felt special. I didn't keep track of the time exactly but we have well over 10 minutes of video clips. I was trying to rush my daughter along because I know what it's like to stand in those lines. The photographer and Elsa acted like I was crazy and said let her have her time. I was prepared for a rushed time but it was the complete opposite. The only time we felt rushed on this trip was at Crystal Palace (which was odd because we have eaten there several times and never felt rushed). Have a great time meeting Anna and Elsa. Your daughter will love it.
